FAQ about SMS-alerts

Is it necessary to pay for SMS-alerts?

All alerts are free including SMS-alerts.

Do you have any limits for SMS-alerts?

Yes, we have some limits:

1. We send only 2 SMS about 1 tasks to 1 phone number.
2. Next SMS will be sent when the status (online / offline) will be without change for 1 hour.
3. Not more than 6 SMS about all tasks to 1 phone number in 2 minutes.
4. Not more than 12 SMS about all tasks to 1 phone number in 1 hour.
5. Not more than 24 SMS about all tasks to 1 phone number in 1 hour.

Unfortunately we can't send more SMS because mobile operators may think that it's spam and block next SMS to your phone number. Most users don't feel these limits.
